You can either obsess over the imperfect state of the world or go on living your life and trying to make it the best that you can. You’ll find me in the latter camp.
And don’t you dare fucking accuse me of not caring. I do care. Everything is incredibly fucked up. But I simply don’t have the energy to care or worry about the ongoings of the entire planet, and honestly, I think it’s fucking self-righteous and ridiculous to think that you as an individual can make any sort of measurable difference yourself. Just because you’re part of western civilization doesn’t make you the authority on what’s right or wrong in the world. Most of you assholes have probably never even left the fucking United States.
